Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing
processes, implementing new technologies, and improving production efficiency.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify
areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Develop
and implement strategies to optimize production processes.
2. New Technology Implementation: Research and evaluate new manufacturing
technologies, equipment, and methodologies. Lead the implementation of
innovative solutions to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
3. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that
manufacturing processes meet industry standards and regulatory
requirements. Develop and implement quality control procedures to monitor
and improve product quality.
4. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to
enhance manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and increase overall
efficiency. Utilize tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen to
drive process improvements.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams
including production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve manufacturing
issues, address technical challenges, and achieve production targets.
6. Product Development Support: Provide technical support to product
development teams during the design and prototyping phases. Ensure that
manufacturing processes are designed for scalability and manufacturability.
7. Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs without
compromising quality or performance. Implement cost-saving initiatives such
as process optimization, waste reduction, and resource utilization
improvements.
8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of
manufacturing processes, equipment specifications, and quality control
procedures. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key
performance metrics and project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and 5 years experience, or 10 years of experience in place of a degree.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and
  • technologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
