Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Design Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelor of Architecture
- 3+ years of architectural design and project management experience
- Registered Architect in MI or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape is a plus
- Responsible for concept design creation, field verification, code interpretation, design development, construction documents, and consultant coordination
- Projects include credit unions, dental offices, multi-family, retail, etc.

Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
