Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 10+ years of project management experience for residential new homes, remodels, and renovation construction projects
- Light commercial experience preferred
- Highly experienced in all phases of construction, from initial planning through to completion
- Ability to read, understand, and implement blueprint details
- Proficiency in Sage and Excel
- Support project supervisor in operational execution, ensuring project success and high client satisfaction
- Maintain project quality and efficiency, meeting deadlines and managing budgets effectively
- Adhere to administrative protocols, including invoicing, documentation, and regulatory compliance

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
