Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience in supervising residential new homes, remodels, and renovation construction projects
- Light commercial experience preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and implement blueprint details
- Oversee in-house staff and subcontractors, manage materials and equipment inventory, and maintain project schedules, including engaging in hands-on tasks as necessary
- Ensure effective communication with the owner, client, and management team, fostering collaboration and transparency throughout project execution

Salary: $72,000 - $93,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
