Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Carpenter opportunity include:

- 7-10+ years of residential or light commercial carpentry experience
- Ability to accurately read, interpret, and execute plans from blueprints
- Lead and direct on-site construction teams, ensuring timely, budget-conscious project completion with high standards
