Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Architect opportunity include:

- Degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Hardscape, and Planting Plans skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred; Land FX is a plus
- Proven leadership in landscape architecture with expertise in residential design
- Effectively managing and inspiring a team to achieve design excellence and customer satisfaction
- Experience in creating and implementing landscape design plans
- Understanding of local flora and fauna and familiarity with construction code
- Lead team to promote professional growth and achieve excellence in residential landscape design, providing mentorship and focusing on high-quality design standards
- Drive business success by meeting and exceeding targets for bookings and profitability, ensuring sustainable outcomes and aligning designs with customer lifestyles

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
