Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- 5+ years of multi-family construction experience
- Background in renovations is ideal
- Proficiency in Buildertrend, Sage, Procore, and SharePoint software
- Experience running projects, overseeing subcontractors, answering questions, and other supervisory tasks
- Ability to work with multiple trades on site and coordinate work schedules
- Experience in receiving and then coordinating materials/inventory
- Assist with the quality control processes throughout the duration of the project as units are completed and management wants to conduct walk-thrus
- Must be willing to travel as needed

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
