Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Manager opportunity include:

- B.S. in Civil Engineering, Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience; background in soil stabilization practices, pertaining to road construction, in the NW highly preferred
- Must have project management experience
- Oversee and refine soil stabilization processes under milled roads, utilizing cement-based methods
- Manage team personnel to maintain high productivity and morale
- Drive operational profitability and efficiency in the division

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
