Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager opportunity include:

- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of civil project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Background in site and land development design for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Act as primary contact throughout project duration, handling entitlement and permitting
- Responsible for site analysis and feasibility studies, grading and earthwork, infrastructure design including water, sewer, storm drainage, and designing stormwater management systems

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
