Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer opportunity include:

- B.S. in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) / Structural Engineer (SE) license required
- Strong ability in drawing, designing, and creating diagrams, blueprints, and drawings
- Conduct ongoing analysis and modifications to ensure the structural integrity and safety of projects, including the assessment and renovation of existing and listed buildings
- Develop and oversee structural plans, designs, and drawings for construction projects, ensuring adherence to local building codes and safety measures
- Inspect and evaluate building safety, making recommendations for closure, demolition, or restoration based on structural viability and community risk
- Retail, manufacturing, and large-scale projects

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
