Qualifications and responsibilities for this Pre-Development Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction
- 3-5 years of construction estimating experience in industrial and commercial construction
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, construction practices, and contracts
- Experience with measuring techniques, economics, and business
- Knowledge of Sage Estimating preferred
- Oversee profitable project development during pre-construction and estimation phases, including design/build, tenant finishes, capital projects, and planning/specifications
- Manage contracts and estimate costs for tenant improvements
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for building acquisitions

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.
