Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Drafter opportunity include:

- 5+ years of residential drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit is a plus
- Knowledge of standard residential building practices (multi-family experience is a plus)
- Experience drawing details, sections, structural plans (foundation, lintel, etc.)
- Develop and maintain construction documents, including master files of house types and detailed sections related to various architectural and structural aspects
- Interpret and respond to building department comments, coordinate with engineers, and manage the lot-specific permit process across different municipalities and builder preferences
- Ensure quality control through self-checks and collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
