Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect desired, but open to someone on the track to obtaining licensure
- 5+ years of architecture/design experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Previous involvement in projects from conception through construction administration
- Multi-family and/or mixed-use project experience is ideal
- Wood-frame project experience highly desired

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a health insurance stipend, PTO, paid holidays, simple IRA with 3% match, paid parking, paid exam fees, and 50% coverage for organizational fees.
