Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of construction project management for large-scale commercial projects; K-12, higher education, or government/state agency projects preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Procore is a plus
- Experience conducting inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and terminology
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensure on-time project completion, and maintain project budgets
- Responsible for managing logistics, conducting inspections, and expediting approvals to ensure project timelines are met

Salary: $70,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
