Qualifications and responsibilities for this Service Manager opportunity include:

- 3+ years of experience working as a Service Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, and Access
- Reading and understanding technical documentation and wiring diagrams
- Provide comprehensive technical support, including after-hours and weekend assistance, ensuring timely response and effective on-call rotation coverage
- Oversee warranty requests, manage service and parts communications, and ensure thorough follow-up and resolution of all inquiries
- Coordinate installation activities, maintain and enhance networks of qualified servicers and installers
- Lead and manage the service and parts departments, including inventory management and parts sales
- This position requires occasional travel

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.
