Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 2-3 years of construction management experience
- Familiarity with commercial construction and experience in addressing challenges such as relocating kitchen equipment and renovating sidewalks and ceilings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Managing in-house crews and subcontractors, solving problems on-site, sometimes during odd hours, and liaising with office staff to ensure client satisfaction
- This position requires regional travel within Florida, with occasional trips to Alabama and overnight stays (once per week)

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus quarterly bonus opportunities.
