Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 7+ years of construction project management experience; estimating and bidding experience preferred
- Experience with retail center constructions, including open store remodels and property rehabbing
- Knowledge of building codes, building materials, construction techniques and terminology, and costs
- Experience with all management paperwork for a project including RFI, change orders, and permitting
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings in AutoCAD
- Responsible for sourcing and selecting vendors and contractors, managing budgets, timelines, ensuring accurate bids, overseeing material choices, quality of work, and conducting onsite inspections
- Projects include commercial, restaurants, mixed-use, and some residential

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
