Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 6+ years of experience as an Architect, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills
- Extensive knowledge of building products, construction details, and applicable regulations and quality standards
- Proficient in drawing and familiar with design software such as CAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, or 3d Studio VIZ
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, innovation, and functionality in design
- Develop project ideas with consideration for the client's needs, building usage, and environmental impact
- Compile detailed project specifications, ensure adherence to standards, building codes, and regulations, and collaborate closely with construction professionals to guarantee project success

Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
