Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8+ years of construction experience involving multifamily and single-family building/rehabilitation projects
- 4+ years in a project management position responsible for multifamily projects valued above $10 million
- Proficient in all aspects of construction, including document management, with experience in coordinating with designers
- Skilled in overseeing the change order and cost review processes, including the approval of contractor payment applications
- Manage construction projects through all phases, including planning, budgeting, and coordination among diverse teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, enforce budget constraints, perform site inspections, and maintain comprehensive documentation and communication

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
