Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- 5+ years of landscape architecture experience, with strong design and drafting skills
- Knowledge of real estate developments and large-scale amenities
- Proficient in graphic design, with expertise in CAD software, 3D programming, and experience utilizing Land F/X software
- Manage and design large-scale projects, including amenity areas and entry features, adhering to specific state codes (e.g., Florida, Texas, Oklahoma)
- Develop and present client-aligned project proposals, collaborating with architects, engineers, and builders to meet objectives
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
