Qualifications and responsibilities for this Piping Superintendent opportunity include:

- 10+ years of experience in welding and pipefitting, with 7+ in the HVAC industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC construction principles, including expertise in piping, supports, insulation, and valves
- Has prior leadership experience and the ability to interpret blueprints and BIM for accurate installation of HVAC systems
- Directs and manages HVAC system construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, project timelines, and budget constraints
- Coordinates material releases with vendors, prepares essential project documentation, and collaborates closely with the project team for change order management
- Engages in key meetings, coordinates with various trades, and conducts system inspections and testing to uphold quality standards

Salary: $60,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
