Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Structural Engineer. The Structural Engineer will handle day-to-day tasks related to Structural engineering, Structural design, computer-aided design (CAD), project management, and research and development (R&D).
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in structural engineering from an ABET-accredited program. • Minimum 3 years experience in the design of steel and concrete structures such as buildings, towers, pipe racks, and foundations. • Excellent skills using AutoCAD software. Knowledge of other software such as Advance Steel, Revit, and RISA 3D is a plus. • Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate technical solutions effectively. • Progressive knowledge of codes and standards
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: • Performs calculations by ASCE 7, IBC, and related standards for structures. • Excellent interpretation of complex civil and/or structural designs. • Ability to help develop engineering cost estimates. • Collects and prepares data/information and generates design and detail drawings. • Helps in fieldwork, checking installations, and problem-solving during construction activities.
