Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Roofing Sales opportunity include:

- 5+ years of roofing sales experience
- Existing book of business and local connections in Dallas area
- Develop and leverage contacts to manage and close sales deals
- Lead a team of 5 sales representatives in the multi-family reroofing sector
- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring effective team performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the multi-family apartment industry

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
