Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Engineering opportunity include:

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering required
- 15+ years of experience in power generation, compression, natural gas fueling, heavy/industrial equipment, mining, or a related field; oil and gas/oilfield service experience a plus
- Microgrid experience is highly desirable 
- Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
- Extensive experience and knowledge of natural gas reciprocating engines, generators, natural gas fuel, and natural gas fuel delivery systems
- History of adhering to HSE standards and protocols while working with telemetry systems and remote equipment for analysis and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of electrical requirements and capacity management in coordination between customers and power suppliers
- Lead engineering initiatives to drive long-term improvements and innovations
- Develop solutions for operational inefficiencies, collaborating across departments
- Enhance equipment reliability and service efficiency

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus great bonus potential!
