Qualifications and responsibilities for this Facilities Maintenance Manager opportunity include:

- 10+ years of manufacturing facilities maintenance experience, food background is ideal
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Ensure facility safety, security, and maintenance standards
- Prepare, review, and verify operational reports and schedules
- Schedule routine maintenance and oversee system and equipment repairs
- Plan and supervise budgeting, construction, and renovation projects to meet compliance and improve operations
- Oversee the full cycle of employee management, including interviewing, hiring, training, and directing work
- Manage employee performance through monitoring, rewarding, disciplining, and addressing complaints and problem resolution

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
