Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a dedicated Interstate Bridge Replacement (IBR) Delivery Engineer in Vancouver, WA. The incumbent will provide management and leadership for program development, design, environmental compliance, and construction administration for assigned projects by establishing and implementing policies and procedures that promote efficient use of resources and tax dollars. The design and construction of the assigned projects will primarily be delivered by consultant and contractor teams. The primary duty within the IBR program delivery plan will be the management of the Columbia River Bridge alternative delivery project from pre-procurement activities through construction, a project with construction value more than $1 billion
