Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Plant Manager opportunity include:

- 3+ years of plant management experience; fertilizer plant experience is a plus
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and adjustments for efficiency and productivity
- Maintain product quality, enforce quality controls, and address non-compliance
- Manage inventory levels, accuracy, and control measures to prevent issues
