Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Southwest Region is seeking multiple talented and innovative engineers to join their dynamic teams in Chehalis, Kelso, and Vancouver, WA. We are looking for entry-level and mid-level engineers, a , who want to develop their careers in transportation by designing and inspecting WSDOT highway construction projects. As a Transportation Engineer, you will have a high impact on WSDOT's mission to provide and support safe, reliable, and cost-effective transportation options. This opportunity is open for ‘in-training’, which means that depending on your qualifications, you may be offered a position at a lower level along with a formal on-the-job training plan to complete within a specified timeframe. Successful completion of the training plan will result in a promotion to the next level within the job class series, and a minimum 5% pay increase!
