We are seeking an Asphalt Paving Superintendent to join our team near Estill Springs, TN! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Paving Superintendent opportunity include:

- 5+ years of asphalt paving experience, with 2+ years as a superintendent
- Experience with TDOT and local commercial specifications, with the ability to read related plans and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and under budget, managing operation aspects like truck ordering, logistics, and maintenance
- Effective coordination with other crews, subcontractors, and vendors, including daily reporting on crew time and production
- Working foreman required; GPS grade and slope control preferred
- Oversee and supervise asphalt paving crews on various projects such as commercial parking lots, city streets, county roads and state highways including interstates

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
