Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Plant Superintendent opportunity include:

- 5+ years of asphalt plant operating experience
- Strong knowledge of asphalt mixing, adhering to TDOT and local specifications, with a focus on waste reduction
- Proven ability to manage operations, including resource procurement, logistics, and maintenance, while meeting budget and timeline targets
- Effective coordination with crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring timely communication and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain crew members, focused on safety, quality and productivity
- Responsible for overseeing 3 asphalt plants

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
