Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Operations opportunity include:

- Accredited Degree in Architecture
- 15+ years of architectural design experience, in the education, municipal, recreation or corporate design industry
- Must be a Registered Architect
- Previous experience overseeing Project Architects and Project Managers is ideal
- Proficiency in BIM 360/Revit, Adobe, Bluebeam, and 3D programs
- Expertise in construction materials and methods, cost and code knowledge, with essential hand and CAD drafting abilities
- Establish and advance design direction, oversee presentations, and evaluate the project team to ensure design excellence
- Monitor design development and detailing in construction documents, mentoring architects throughout all project phases

Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
