Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Construction Manager opportunity include:

- 10+ years of experience in managing multiple small to medium size multi-family, residential and commercial / industrial land development projects involving earthwork
- Knowledge of scheduling software (preferably MS Project)
- US citizenship required
- A degree in Civil Engineering is a plus but not required
- Oversee and manage various land development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Lead and mentor a team of Superintendents, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Uphold safety standards and regulations, and integrate industry advancements and technologies into projects

Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
