Join our team in Dearborn, MI, as a Technical Program Integration Manager for the BUY product group within NA eCommerce. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary range of $50.00 - $60.00 per hour with a one-year government contract.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Anchor Engineers on development activities, including planning, tracking, and risk management.

Lead Program Increment planning and facilitate Inspect and Adapt sessions.

Serve as a liaison between business and technical team members.

Onboard new team members to Rally and SharePoint.

Drive solution prioritization and implementation of high-quality features.

Identify and foster process improvements for cross-functional evolution and a continuous improvement mindset.

Coordinate with internal and external teams for Integration testing, Quality Control, Release Management, and Production Support initiatives.

Ensure quality using the PDO model, Agile best practices, and test-driven development principles.

Advocate for the customer/end-user, empathizing while being mindful of business goals and opportunities.

Help define MVP solutions and test plans to gather quick feedback.

 

Skills Required:

Collaborative development with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Anchor Engineers.

Program management experience with Agile software development tools.

Familiarity with agile, SAFe, or hybrid development methodologies.

 

Skills Preferred:

Understanding of Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, and agile methodologies.

Knowledge of systems architecture concepts.

SAFe certified scrum master.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with cloud applications and design principles.

 

Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology or equivalent experience.

3+ years of program management experience.

3+ years of experience with agile software development tools.

3+ years working in an agile, SAFe, or hybrid development methodology.

 

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
