Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer opportunity include:

- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ years of mechanical design experience for commercial, healthcare, institutional, educational, municipal, and industrial projects
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in MD and LEED Accredited
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite; familiarity with Primavera or MS Project
- Manage and lead design team to produce code-compliant, budget-aligned designs and oversee contract preparations
- Resolve construction issues, perform site inspections, and ensure design and construction quality
- Recruit and mentor junior staff, promoting team development and collaboration

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
