Qualifications and responsibilities for this Program Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 12+ years of program and project management experience, including scope development, planning, budgeting, and close-out, with 4+ years overseeing programs within public or educational agencies
- Must have a strong Division of the State Architect (DSA) background
- Responsible for all stages of project and program management, including planning, development, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement across various areas such as engineering, construction, and technical support
- Coordinate policy and guideline updates and ensure compliance and training
- Handle financial and legal closeout, manage cost overruns, and support contract processes

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
