Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Financial Officer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
- Proven experience as CFO, Finance Officer or similar role required
- CPA is preferred
- Proficient in corporate financial law, risk management, and data analysis/forecasting
- Skilled in MS Office, financial management software (e.g., SAP), and preferably Sage accounting software
- Previous experience working with a union contractor (preferably electrical) is a plus
- Oversee financial operations including planning, reporting, cash and capital management, and risk mitigation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and laws
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking, engaging in capital investment and risk management activities

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
