Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Manager opportunity include:

- 3+ years of experience in machining quality inspection environment; AS9100 quality requirement experience preferred
- Proficient in using inspection tools (CMMs, comparators, gauges) and interpreting blueprints
- Skilled in identifying and addressing non-conformities and visual defects
- Adaptable and assertive in managing tasks and communicating issues with shop personnel
- Responsible for managing the quality team and processes in an AS9100 machining facility
- Implement and refine inspection protocols, manage and evaluate quality department personnel, and communicate with other departments on quality and capacity issues
- Coordinate and review First Article Inspection Reports, maintain equipment calibration, and lead continuous improvement within the quality control processes

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
