Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- 3+ years of construction estimating experience
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore or other construction estimating software
- Familiarity with contract documents, including plans, specifications, and addenda
- Prepare and manage project budgets and estimates
- Analyze project documentation to prepare accurate cost, time, materials, and labor estimates, adjusting for changes as needed
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance, and provide staff training
- Projects include commercial, K-12, higher education, healthcare, hotels, industrial/automotive, and more

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
