Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Bid Manager opportunity include:

- 10+ years of experience in bid preparation, management, and writing, with a strong understanding of proposal management and bid processes
- Prior experience in the civil/structural engineering industry, especially in a bid management role, is highly desirable
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager at an engineering firm would translate well for this position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe/Bluebeam Revu, PDF editing, and working knowledge of AutoCAD; CRM or ERP software experience a plus
- Lead bid/proposal development, ensuring compliance and alignment with client needs and industry norms
- Collaborate with engineering to produce accurate, competitive bids, clarifying technical specs and cost efficiency
- Assess risks and opportunities in bids, devising strategies to improve project success
- Manage proposal workflow, ensuring timely, effective, and compliant submissions while coordinating with stakeholders

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
