Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager opportunity include:

- 15+ years of mechanical, HVAC, and boiler experience
- Must have strong daily operations and management experience
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan software is ideal
- Controls experience a plus
- Run crews (up to 19 direct reports), oversee parts department, and work with customers and technicians

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
