Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Estimator opportunity include:

- 3+ years of concrete estimating related experience
- Proficiency in any estimating software, such as Excel, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, etc.
- Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, contracts, estimating, specifications, codes, scheduling, safety, and technology with the ability to interpret plans and specifications
- Strong mathematical skills relevant to construction, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and standard industry conversions
- Review project documents to understand client expectations and requirements, and communicate with clients to gather all necessary details for precise estimating
- Research material costs, solicit bids from vendors and subcontractors, and negotiate prices
- Create accurate bid proposals and cost breakdowns, and ensure a smooth transition of project information to the project management team

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
