The Global Talent Professional will develop knowledge by undergoing training, rotations, immersions, and engaging in challenging projects within CBMM's global operations.

They will have the opportunity to learn about the areas of Niobium Technology, Strategy, Market Development, and Sales.

Throughout the program, you will have conversations, mentorship, and feedback sessions with professionals and executives from the company.

Job Requirements:

• Graduated between 2018 and 2022.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Production, Mining, Electric or Mechanical), or equivalent.

• Available to work in CBMM’s office. [Houston/USA or Amsterdam/NL or Singapore/SG].

• Fluency in English.

• Full availability to travel.

• Advanced level of Spanish, German, Mandarin, Portuguese or other language will be desirable, but not mandatory.

• Experience in similar industries will be a differential.
