Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management strongly preferred
- 5+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience for projects valued $5 Million+
- Field/trade experience with mechanical systems, ideally in government, military, large commercial construction, and design-build preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office, Primavera P6, and BIM preferred
- Oversee construction of HVAC/R and fire protection systems in federal construction projects, including a variety of equipment like chillers, boilers, and piping systems
- Manage a diverse range of federal construction projects, from remodeling existing facilities to new ground-up constructions
- Handle projects of varying scales, ranging from 5,000 sqft tenant improvements to 200,000 sqft mixed-use developments

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
