Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Structural Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, Master’s preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Colorado, any additional licenses a plus
- 10-15+ years of experience in design, drafting, consultation, and/or investigation of buildings and/or grounds; new design and repair design preferred
- Proficiency in RISA/Enercalc or similar structural analysis program, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and PDF editing
- Experience designing repairs of damaged structures and new buildings
- Knowledge of current building codes and construction standards
- Oversee the team managing damaged structure assessments, repair designs, project management, scheduling, and client communication
- Perform calculations and design/draft structures, including new builds, additions, and alterations for residential and commercial projects

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus quarterly bonus opportunities.
