Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelors or Master of Architecture
- 8+ years of architectural experience, specifically for School and Educational projects
- Proficiency in Revit
- Architectural License a plus
- Oversee complex school and education projects, including design, 3D renderings, and CD set creation
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage the CD process, and conduct technical QA/QC reviews
- Lead direct client interactions, create and manage comprehensive project plans, and delegate tasks to ensure efficient team collaboration and project success
- Contribute to business development by assisting in marketing material preparation and responding to RFP/RFQs, while overseeing team members' contributions to projects

Salary: $83,000 - $97,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
