Qualifications and responsibilities for this Building Controls Service Technician opportunity include:

- 3+ years of experience with commercial controls, Distech and Niagara systems
- Background in programming, commissioning, and startup of Distech and Honeywell systems
- Niagara Certification; EPA Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of electronics, direct digital controls, airflow, hydronics, refrigeration theory, and building control techniques
- Serve as the primary onsite service and maintenance representative for various clients, including healthcare and education sectors
- Interpret and apply control drawings and specifications for system assembly, testing, and programming
- Conduct retrofit and repair of environmental comfort systems, understanding air conditioning, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commissions.
