Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Piping & Plumbing Estimator opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing and piping estimation
- Proficiency in Trimble software (Trimble Accubid preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and building codes
- Familiarity with the market trends and suppliers in the Nashville area
- Estimate costs for commercial and industrial plumbing projects, considering materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members and conduct site evaluations to prepare competitive proposals
- Engage in pre-bid meetings and maintain detailed records of estimating processes

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus great bonus potential.
