Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelor or Master of Architecture
- 8+ years of architectural experience, specifically libraries or other similar 2-4 story buildings
- Proficiency in Revit
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to exceed client expectations
- Lead and support project team members through task assignment, coaching, and performance reviews
- Develop marketing materials, project proposals, contracts, and ensure accurate client billing
- Provide expertise in architecture, manage technical/design aspects of projects, and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, including plans, 3D renderings, and construction documents

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
