Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Retail building experience is highly preferred
- Must have new ground-up construction experience
- Oversee cost control, manage contract documentation, budgets, scheduling, and invoice processing
- Manage and monitor subcontractor work, ensuring timely and accurate completion and deliveries
- Develop design criteria based on tenant needs, manage scope within budget, and advise on necessary revisions
- Coordinate and review architectural and engineering designs for quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with building codes

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
