Qualifications and responsibilities for this Outbound Shipping Manager opportunity include:

- 3+ years of outbound warehouse operations experience, preferably Walmart shipping and fulfillment
- Oracle NetSuite experience and the ability to help navigate Walmarts e-commerce infrastructure and data transaction systems
- Expertise in Walmart packaging and barcoding requirements
- Forklift operation experience is preferred
- Oversee all aspects of outbound warehouse operations, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage inventory-related tasks such as cycle counts and bin management, and configure system rules for efficient picking and packing
- Supervise and optimize outbound logistics, including order monitoring, label printing, loading, and compliance with shipping documentation
- Continually assess and improve warehouse processes, ensuring shipment accuracy and leveraging technology for data management and reporting

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
